Stayed at Carlos place for a few weeks it was very clean and very comfortable. Carlo was very friendly and had great communication. I would definitely say if your looking to stay in South Austin this place should be at the top of your list.

Carlo is very cool and very responsive. He has created a unique quiet space. This spot is conveniently located on the South Side of ATX. I really enjoyed my stay at “Carlo’s Serendipity Oasis”.

Carlo’s place is clean and tidy, with nicely updated bathrooms and plenty of space. He was responsive, and the location is super convenient. It was just what we were looking for. Would recommend staying there!
