Please only book if you intend to honor the House Rules. Airbnb standard policy: Events or Parties are NOT allowed. Pet owners please keep your fur-babies off the furniture, especially the beds. Only booked guests are allowed on the property, no under-booking or Events. No excessive Noise outside, this is a residential neighborhood. No music outside after 10pm please. Check-out at or before 10:00AM. Cleaners are on a schedule to reset by 4:00PM. 1 hour grace period, then $100 for each started hour post check-out. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL DOORS & WINDOWS ARE CLOSED BEFORE LEAVING. ONLY booked guests are allowed on property: $500 fine. ABSOLUTELY no smoking: $500 fine. Only vehicles 5k lbs or LESS are allowed in drive-way. NO work on vehicles on property: $500 fine. If illegal drugs are left behind, a deep clean is needed and we sur-charge $500.
