Please only book if you intend to honor the House Rules. Airbnb standard policy: Events or Parties are NOT allowed. Pet owners please keep your fur-babies off the furniture, especially the beds. Only booked guests are allowed on the property, no under-booking or Events. Please do not park beyond the traffic cones, the very bottom of the driveway is off limits to parking due to the driveway sagging and retention wall not being able to hold the weight of vehicles. Please DO NOT move the traffic cones. No excessive Noise outside, this is a residential neighborhood. No music outside after 10pm please. Check-out at or before 10:00AM. Cleaners are on a schedule to reset by 4:00PM. 1 hour grace period, then $100 for each started hour post check-out. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL DOORS & WINDOWS ARE CLOSED BEFORE LEAVING. ONLY booked guests are allowed on property: $500 fine. ABSOLUTELY no smoking: $500 fine. Only vehicles 5k lbs or LESS are allowed in drive-way. Please park above the cones in driveway. NO work on vehicles on property: $500 fine. If illegal drugs are left behind, a deep clean is needed and we sur-charge $500.
